my idea is get a full map of continent and once city database is full program dots on a map to show city locations and later a map for enemy cities for war if someone can do this would be much appreciated

ok so im trying to make a scouting map based on a grid but i need a program that will graph coordinates from 0,0 to 499,499 im trying excel but cant change the letters to numbers if anyone knows how to do this or a different program thatll help once i can make a scouting map it'll make scouting on a regular basis easier for the beginning scouting will be finding targets later after protection it will involve actually sending a scout to check numbers and formulate plans we need a techie in the alliance lol im no genius

you should actually be able to sort this with Paintshop pro as they do a grid inlay across for when you are fine tuning gfxs and if it's just a case of using a colour key chart to determine who is an enemy and who is friendly or what resources are about since all the cities are on a squared plotting chart anyway, the problems that I can see coming up are when people jump ship to new Alliances someone is going to have to keep a close watch and update it all the time, and the amount of people who sign up and never play again how are you going to record them on it?
